A 1929 office-and-warehouse complex at 19 Newtown Turnpike in Westport, CT that Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia leased from 1998 to 2004 and converted into the show's television production home — three sound stages, a broadcast control room, two prep kitchens, and six wooded acres for outdoor filming, with Studio A's kitchen set modeled on Martha's East Hampton (Lily Pond Lane) kitchen. The September 1998 season-six opener toured the newly built facility in a 'Studio A Before & After' segment.
