Patroon (now Aretsky's Patroon) is restaurateur Ken Aretsky's clubby Midtown Manhattan restaurant at 160 East 46th Street, opened in 1995 and awarded three New York Times stars in the late 1990s under chef Franck Deletrain. Aretsky, a former '21' Club operator, has known Martha Stewart for decades and counts her among the restaurant's prominent regulars.
