Great Duck Island

Island south of Mount Desert Island, Maine, supporting some of the largest breeding colonies of Leach's storm-petrels and black guillemots in the lower 48, plus a historic lighthouse. College of the Atlantic students summer there studying seabirds at the college's field research station (named for trustee Alice Eno in 2000); MSL's 'Island Life' segment visited the island.
