Manhattan outpost of restaurateur Costas Spiliadis's Greek seafood restaurant — the original opened in Montreal in 1979, with the West 55th Street location following in 1997 — renowned for its market-style display of whole Mediterranean fish on ice from which diners choose their meal. MSL's fresh-fish field trip toured the display shortly after the New York opening.
